• Valuation and disposal of their existing inventory – This includes a contract that offers a fixed amount per unit of existing inventory.

• System Configuration – Complete support in the design in of products for the new configuration. This includes all components such as mounts, docks, Antennas, etc. In many cases this also includes vertical market software.

• Installation Services – This includes a time table and schedule of product arrivals for fast and efficient installs. We offer both Panasonic and third party installation.

• Professional Services – VP360 coordinates Professional Service packages including imaging, badge logos, and integration.

• Post deployment support – VP360’s technical support and customer service really begin at the project conceptualization stage and continues, not only until the solution has been fully deployed, but throughout the life of the deployment. We feel the extra effort just makes good business sense and also keeps us in line for new projects or refreshes.
